Head of Regulatory Consulting (f/m/d)

INCONSULT is a specialized management and IT consultancy focused on process consulting and digital transformation in the life sciences industry. We support our clients from strategy development through to the successful implementation of projects across the process domains of Clinical Operations & Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing.

To further expand our Regulatory Affairs process domain, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us as Head of Regulatory Consulting, starting at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and continuously developing our Regulatory Consulting team from both a functional and disciplinary perspective
  • Building, further developing, and positioning our consulting approaches in the field of Regulatory Affairs
  • Providing strategic and structural consulting to the top management of national and international clients in the implementation of their digital transformation initiatives
  • Taking responsibility for shaping collaborative client relationships, driving successful proposal processes, and ensuring client- and employee-oriented project management
  • Actively contributing to the development of our corporate strategy in the life sciences environment
  • Supporting, developing, and mentoring team members
  • Working closely with adjacent disciplines (e.g. Clinical)

Your profile

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification
  • In-depth industry knowledge in the life sciences sector, particularly in the area of Regulatory Affairs and relevant IT system landscapes
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, consulting, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven consulting expertise
  • Experience in managing client relationships at top-management level
  • High level of personal responsibility, team spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solid methodological expertise in project, change, and innovation management
  • Business-fluent German and English
