Consultant Clinical Operations / Clinical Data Management (f/m/d)
INCONSULT is a specialized management and IT consultancy focused on process consulting and digital transformation in the life sciences industry. We support our clients from strategy development through to the successful implementation of projects across the process domains of Clinical Operations & Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing.
To further expand our Clinical process domain, we are looking for a Consultant Clinical Operations / Clinical Data Management (f/m/d), starting at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities
- Advising national and international clients on the implementation of their digital transformation initiatives in the clinical area
- Supporting our clients in the selection of new clinical systems
- Contributing to the development and implementation of data-driven approaches in clinical trials
- Supporting the preparation of concepts, presentations, and decision-making materials for our clients
- Working closely with experienced consultants from adjacent disciplines
- Actively contributing to the further development of our consulting approaches and internal methodologies
Your profile
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience or relevant internships in clinical research, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Data Management
- Basic knowledge of clinical development processes and regulatory frameworks
- Analytical and structured way of working, combined with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid methodological expertise in consulting and project management
- Team spirit and a proactive mindset
- Business-fluent German and English
